Why we are clear about this: we are building this business step by step. We will never claim an office, licence, certification, team size or client result that we cannot prove.

Most software projects do not fail while the code is being written. They fail in the vague scope, in the weeks of silence, and in the handover that never* arrives.

Our working principle

So we work in the opposite order. The scope is written before the estimate. The estimate is written before the contract. You see running software in the second week, and every account is opened in your company's name from the beginning — not transferred at the end as a favour.

Local by design

Built for how business actually works here

The same product can serve both markets only when language, payments, hosting, user habits and local workflows are discussed at the beginning.

Bilingual

Arabic and English, both first class

Right-to-left isn’t a CSS switch. Numbers, dates, icons, form flow and line-breaking all change. We build both directions from the first component, and Arabic copy is written by a native speaker — never machine output.

Payments

The rails your customers already use

Network International, Telr, PayTabs and Stripe for cards. Tabby and Tamara for the instalment options UAE shoppers now expect at checkout. Cash on delivery where your market still wants it.

Data

Hosting inside the UAE

AWS runs a Middle East region in the UAE (me-central-1) and Microsoft has UAE North in Dubai. If your customers or your regulator want data kept in-country, it goes there — regardless of where the team writing the code sits.

Compliance

Privacy handled deliberately

We build with the UAE’s federal data protection law (Decree-Law 45 of 2021) in mind, plus the separate DIFC and ADGM regimes. Cross-border access by our India team is documented and controlled, not assumed.

Accounts

Commercial setup that fits the client

We agree currency, milestones, payment method and documentation before work begins. Dubai-specific invoicing will be offered only when the required UAE setup is in place.

Calendar

Ramadan and Hijri, not an edge case

Reduced Ramadan hours, prayer-time gaps in booking systems, Hijri dates alongside Gregorian, and the UAE working week. Small things that quietly break software written for somewhere else.

What we do

One team for the whole build

Design, engineering, QA and launch under one roof — so nothing gets lost between three suppliers.

Marketing websites

Fast, bilingual sites that rank locally and turn visitors into enquiries — not brochures nobody reads.

iOS & Android apps

One codebase, both stores, with the App Store and Play listings prepared in Arabic and English.

Online stores

Shopify done well, or a custom build when your catalogue, pricing or delivery rules outgrow it.

Web applications

Booking, portals, dashboards, customer accounts — the software your business runs on all day.

Customer assistants

A chatbot answering in Arabic and English from your own documents, handing over to a human when it should.

Document understanding

Trade licences, invoices, Emirates ID scans, LPOs and delivery notes — read, checked and filed without retyping.

Internal copilots

Search across your own files and systems, so staff stop asking each other where things are.

Workflow automation

The repetitive steps between your CRM, accounting and WhatsApp, joined up and running by themselves.

CRM & HR software

Set up properly, or built custom when the off-the-shelf one doesn't fit how you actually sell and hire.

Quoting & invoicing

VAT-correct documents, AED pricing, approval chains and a clean export for your accountant.

Field & logistics

Job dispatch, driver apps, proof of delivery and live tracking for teams working across the Emirates.

Modernisation

Moving old systems off dying technology without stopping the business while you do it.

Dedicated engineers

Vetted people embedded in your standups and your tools, from our Coimbatore floor. Meet them before you commit.

Cloud & DevOps

AWS or Azure in a UAE region when data must stay in-country, sized so the monthly bill stays sensible.

QA & security

A separate testing team, tested backups, controlled access and dependencies patched on a schedule.

Ongoing care

A monthly retainer for fixes and small changes, with someone in Dubai who answers when something breaks.

How it goes

Four steps, and what you actually receive at each one

A process is only worth publishing if it lists deliverables. Here is what exists on your side at the end of every stage — nothing starts until the scope and price are agreed in writing.

01

Discovery call

You describe the business problem, the process you run today, who uses it and the budget range you have in mind. We say honestly whether we are the right people for it — and if we are not, we say that too.

Day 0 · no cost · 45 minutes
  • You leave with
  • A written summary of the problem in our words, so you can check we understood it
  • The two or three approaches worth considering, with trade-offs
  • An honest signal on rough size: weeks, not months, or the other way round
02

Written scope and estimate

Nothing is built from a conversation. You receive a document that says what is included, what is deliberately excluded, how the work is staged and what each stage costs. If you take it to another supplier for comparison, that is fine.

Within 3 working days
  • You leave with
  • Scope document with in-scope and out-of-scope stated separately
  • Milestone plan, payment schedule and acceptance criteria
  • Assumptions and dependencies listed, so surprises are visible early
  • Named lead and the specialists who would work on it
03

Build in the open

A working link from week two, updated as we go, and a weekly call with the people actually designing and building it. You will see unfinished work — that is the point. Changing direction in week three is cheap; changing it after launch is not.

Week 2 onward · weekly demo
  • You leave with
  • A staging link that always reflects the latest build
  • Weekly demo plus a short written note of what moved and what is next
  • Access to the repository and issue tracker from the first commit
  • Test coverage on the paths that carry money or data
04

Launch and hand over

We go live, train the people who will use it daily, and transfer everything into accounts your company controls. Thirty days of fixes are included after launch, and a care plan is optional — never a condition of getting your own systems back.

Launch + 30 days of fixes
  • You leave with
  • Repository, hosting, domain, analytics and design files in your name
  • Written handover: architecture, environments, credentials, known limits
  • A recorded walkthrough for your team, in plain language
  • Backups and restore tested once, in front of you
Straight pricing

A commercial model that fits the work

Every project starts with a free discussion, followed by a written scope, timeline and estimate. Final pricing depends on features, integrations, security and support needs.

Choosing a supplier

Three ways to get software built, honestly compared

A large agency, an independent freelancer and a small founder-led team each solve a different problem. Here is where we genuinely differ — and where we do not.

What you are comparing
Large agency
Freelancer
PulseOut
Who you actually talk toDay to day, when something needs deciding
LayeredAn account manager relays your question to the team and the answer back to you.
DirectThe person building it — when they are not on another client's deadline.
DirectThe delivery lead and the specialists on your project, in the same call.
Capacity behind one personWhat happens when someone is ill or leaves
DeepSomeone else picks it up, though usually with a re-learning period.
NoneWork stops. This is the single biggest risk of the model.
SharedTen specialists across seven disciplines; no project is one person's private knowledge.
Cost shapeWhat you are paying for besides engineering
LoadedOffices, sales teams and management overhead sit inside the rate.
LowestCheapest hourly, but QA, security and documentation are often extra or absent.
LeanSmall team, low overhead. Testing, documentation and handover are inside the scope, not upsells.
Process you can point toBefore any money moves
FormalThorough documentation, sometimes slower than the decision needs.
VariesOften a chat thread and an invoice. Excellent people exist; the process rarely does.
WrittenScope, exclusions, milestones and acceptance criteria in writing before the first payment.
Working-hours overlap with DubaiHow long an answer takes
DependsStrong if local, weak if the delivery floor is in a distant time zone.
UnpredictableDepends entirely on where that individual happens to be.
90 minutesCoimbatore is ninety minutes ahead of Dubai. Same working day, every day.
Who owns the resultCode, hosting, domain, design files
NegotiatedFrequently yours, but sometimes hosted on the agency's accounts.
Usually yoursThough often undocumented, which becomes the next team's problem.
Yours, in writingAccounts are opened in your company's name at the start, not migrated at the end.
Where we are honestly weakerBecause a comparison with no losses is marketing
Their strengthVery large multi-year programmes, or work needing a long audited track record.
Their strengthA one-week fix or a single small change, where our process is overhead.
Launch stageWe are early. We have no decade-long client list, and we will not pretend otherwise.

If a fifty-person programme or a single afternoon's fix is what you need, we will say so on the first call and point you elsewhere.

Our delivery promise

How we earn trust from day one

We are a launch-stage company, so trust must come from how clearly we work—not from unverified badges.

THE CODE

Your domain, source code, cloud accounts and design files remain under your control.

Technology

Tools chosen for the problem, not the CV

Every choice below is mainstream on purpose: common enough that another team could take over your codebase without a rewrite.

ReactThe default for anything with state on screen. Large hiring pool, so you are never stuck with us.
Next.jsServer rendering when search visibility matters — marketing sites, catalogues, listings.
TypeScriptTypes catch the class of bug that only appears in production, on someone else’s phone.
Tailwind / CSSDesign tokens shared between Arabic and English layouts, so RTL is not a rebuild.
ViteFast builds. A developer who waits two minutes per change makes fewer changes.
PlaywrightBrowser tests that click through the real journey before every release.

Why this set: it is deliberately mainstream. If you replace us in two years, the next team recognises everything in the repository on day one. That is a commercial decision, not a technical preference.

React NativeOne codebase for both stores when the app is content, forms, bookings or accounts.
ExpoOver-the-air updates, so a copy fix does not need an app-store review cycle.
Swift / KotlinUsed where native genuinely matters: heavy camera work, background location, hardware.
Store readinessListings, screenshots and privacy declarations prepared in Arabic and English.
Firebase / PushNotifications, crash reporting and staged rollouts to a small share of users first.
Offline firstSites, warehouses and vans lose signal. The app should not lose the data.

The honest rule: if your app needs deep hardware access we say so and quote native, which costs more. Most business apps do not, and cross-platform halves the maintenance bill for the rest of its life.

Python / FastAPIReadable, fast to change, and strong for anything touching data or AI.
Node.jsWhen one language across front and back keeps a small team efficient.
PostgreSQLThe default database. Boring, dependable, and it will outlive the application.
RedisQueues, sessions and caching — the difference between a fast page and a patient user.
REST & webhooksDocumented integration points, because your accounting system will need them eventually.
MigrationsSchema changes versioned in the repository, never applied by hand on a live database.

What we avoid: exotic databases and frameworks with one maintainer. The interesting part of your project should be your business logic, not our stack choices.

AWSIncluding me-central-1 in the UAE when data has to stay in-country.
Microsoft AzureUAE North in Dubai, where a client’s existing estate is Microsoft.
DockerThe same image runs on a laptop and in production. No “works on my machine”.
GitHub ActionsTests run on every push; deployment is a button, not a person with a terminal.
MonitoringUptime, errors and slow queries alert us before your customer sends the email.
BackupsAutomated, encrypted, and restored in a rehearsal at least once before launch.

Sizing matters: most business systems do not need a cluster. We size infrastructure for real traffic and review the monthly bill with you, rather than leaving a default configuration running for years.

Retrieval (RAG)Answers grounded in your own documents, with the source shown next to the answer.
Document extractionInvoices, licences and delivery notes read into structured fields, then checked.
Vector searchSemantic search across files and systems staff currently hunt through by hand.
GuardrailsConfidence thresholds and a human step on anything that costs money or is legally binding.
EvaluationA fixed test set of real cases, scored before and after every prompt or model change.
Cost controlToken budgets and caching, so a useful feature does not become an unpredictable bill.

One caveat we repeat often: language models are confidently wrong sometimes. Every AI feature we build has a defined failure behaviour and a human check on the decisions that matter.

Before you ask

Questions clients in India and Dubai may ask first

Where is PulseOut currently based?
PulseOut is starting and delivering from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Jagadish Mohanakrishnan is our named UAE contact in Ras Al Khaimah, but we do not present that contact address as a separate UAE contracting entity.
How will a Dubai project be managed from Coimbatore?
Coimbatore is only ninety minutes ahead of the UAE, giving us strong working-day overlap. We use scheduled weekly demos, shared project tracking and direct access to the delivery lead. Jagadish Mohanakrishnan can support regional communication and meeting coordination when useful.
Can I meet the people who'll actually write the code?
Yes. You meet the project lead and any specialist assigned to your work before the project begins. For suitable projects, in-person meetings can be planned based on location and availability.
Where will our data live, and who can see it?
Hosting is selected according to your users, budget and compliance needs. UAE-region cloud hosting can be proposed when in-country storage is required. Access controls, backups and data responsibilities are documented before launch.
Will the Arabic version actually be good?
When Arabic is part of the scope, we plan right-to-left layout from the component stage and arrange language review through an appropriate native-speaking partner. Translation and review responsibilities are listed clearly in the proposal.
How do estimates and payments work?
After the initial discussion, you receive a written scope, estimated timeline and milestone-based payment plan. Currency, tax treatment and payment method are confirmed according to the actual contracting setup—never assumed on the website.
Who owns the code?
You do, in writing, from the start. At launch we transfer the repository, hosting, domain, analytics and design files into accounts in your company's name. No lock-in of any kind.
What if something breaks at 9pm on a Thursday?
Support hours and response targets are agreed before launch. Critical support is available only when included in the selected care plan, so expectations are clear on both sides.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can review your NDA before you share sensitive business information, or include confidentiality terms in the project agreement.
