Help us build useful products for two growing markets.
We are not presenting a large hiring programme yet. We welcome conversations with reliable freelancers, specialist partners and early team members who want to grow with us.
Ways to work with us
We are building a small network before making permanent hiring promises. Share a link to something you made, the problems you solve best and how you prefer to work.

Future internship interest
These are collaboration interests, not guaranteed vacancies. Permanent roles, compensation and benefits will be published only when approved.
We would rather keep six people busy and paid on time than announce twenty roles we cannot yet fund.*
A launch-stage company that advertises permanent positions before it has the revenue to sustain them is borrowing against someone else’s career. So this page lists collaboration interests instead. When a role is funded, confirmed and approved, it will appear here with a location, an employment type and a compensation process — and not one day earlier.
What collaboration should feel like
Principles for freelancers, partners and future team members.
Clear scope before work starts
Deliverables, timeline, review points, payment stages and ownership are written down before anyone begins.
Respectful communication
Questions are answered directly, concerns are raised early and nobody is hidden behind unnecessary management layers.
Realistic timelines
Commitments consider actual availability, review time and technical risk—not an optimistic sales date.
Commercial terms in writing
Rates, payment dates and any expenses are agreed before the collaboration begins.
Room to improve
Every project should leave the product and the people involved stronger than when it started.
India–Dubai exposure
Suitable collaborators may participate in discovery and market-focused work across both regions.
A simple collaboration process
A short process designed to confirm skill, availability, communication and commercial fit.
You send something
A link to work you are proud of and a few lines on why this kind of project interests you. No cover-letter theatre, no forms with twenty fields.
- What we do with it
- Read it properly, not scan it for keywords
- Reply either way — including a clear no
A thirty-minute call
In both directions. Ask about money, hours, how decisions get made and what the work is genuinely like. A candidate who does not interview us is a candidate we have not told enough.
- You leave with
- An honest description of current and expected project volume
- Rate range and payment terms, discussed openly
A paid exercise
A small, real task, timeboxed to four hours, and we pay you for it whether or not we work together. We do not ask anyone to build free work on the promise of future projects.
- You leave with
- Payment for the time, at the agreed rate
- Written feedback on the work, even if the answer is no
Agreement and onboarding
A written agreement covering scope, rate, payment dates, ownership of the work and the expected start. Collaboration begins when a project is actually confirmed — not while it is still a maybe.
- You leave with
- Signed terms before any billable work begins
- Access to the tools, the brief and the person who can answer questions
