What we do with your data.

Most privacy policies are written to protect the company. This one is written to be checked: everything below describes what this website actually does, and you can verify most of it in your own browser.

This policy covers this website — what happens when you read it, and what happens when you contact us through it. Data we handle inside a paid project is governed by the agreement for that project, not by this page; see section 10.

1. Who we are

PulseOut Tech Solutions builds websites, mobile apps, business software and practical AI automation. We are based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and work with clients in India and in Dubai, UAE.

Our address is 101, Advaitaa Orange Blossom, Housing Unit Road, Vellakinar TNHB Colony, Thudiyalur, Vellakinar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035, India. For anything in this policy, write to hello@pulseouttech.com or call +91 95244 35595.

2. What we collect

Only two things, and one of them is not really ours:

  • What you send us. If you use the enquiry form, or email, call or message us, we hold what you chose to tell us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, the kind of work you are considering, a budget range and your description of the problem.
  • Standard server logs. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records requests: IP address, time, the page requested and your browser type. That is a by-product of how the web works. We do not build profiles from it, and we do not connect it to anything else.

We never ask for identity documents, payment card details or anything sensitive through this website. If a project genuinely needs that kind of data, it is handled inside the project agreement, over an appropriate channel — never through a web form.

3. How the enquiry form actually works

When you submit the contact form, the information you entered is sent securely to our website server, validated, and passed to our transactional email provider, Resend, for delivery to the PulseOut inbox. The message is not used for marketing and submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.

We use the details only to assess and respond to your enquiry. If the online form cannot deliver your message, it shows an error and gives you direct email and WhatsApp alternatives instead of claiming it was sent.

4. What we deliberately do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your data. There is no circumstance in which we would.
  • We do not add enquirers to a mailing list or send marketing you did not ask for.
  • We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags or social tracking scripts.
  • We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions about anyone.
  • We do not use dark patterns to extract contact details — no exit popups, no gated downloads.

The field notes on this site are free to read and free to use. Nothing on this website is behind an email address.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no cookies.That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. You can confirm it in your browser's developer tools.

It does use one item of browser storage, which is not a cookie and is never sent to any server:

  • po_seen — sessionStorage. A single flag remembering that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. It holds no identifier, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.

If your browser has Reduce Motion enabled, even that is not written, because the animation never runs.

6. Third parties your browser contacts

Loading or using this page may involve the following providers. We would rather name them than bury them:

  • Google Fonts. The typefaces are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. We are looking at self-hosting the fonts to remove this.
  • Resend.If you submit the enquiry form, Resend processes the form contents and your contact details only to deliver that message to our inbox. Resend's privacy policy applies to that processing.

Beyond that, only if you choose to act:

  • WhatsApp (Meta).Tapping a WhatsApp link opens a conversation with us on WhatsApp, and Meta's own terms and privacy policy then apply to it.
  • Email and phone. Contacting us that way involves your provider and ours in the normal way.
  • Our hosting provider. It stores the site and keeps the access logs described in section 2.

7. Why we are allowed to use your data

Because you gave it to us in order to get a reply. Depending on which law applies to you, that is your consent, or our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, or the steps taken before entering a contract. We work to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for UAE-based enquirers, the UAE Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021.

You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us. It does not affect anything already lawfully done, and it does not stop us keeping a record that you asked us to stop.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries live in our email account. We keep them while we are talking to you, and afterwards as an ordinary business record — so we can recognise you if you come back, and so we have a history of what was discussed.

We normally delete enquiries that do not become active client work within 12 months of the last contact, unless we need to keep a record for a legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reason. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, and we will confirm when it is done unless we are legally required to retain it.

9. Where it is stored, and who can see it

Website enquiries are read by the small team in Coimbatore who need to answer them — in practice the CEO, the business analyst and customer support. Nobody else has a reason to look, and we do not forward enquiries to anyone outside the company.

If your enquiry goes directly to our named UAE contact, they see what you sent in order to reply or coordinate the conversation. That relationship is a market-support arrangement, not a separate company holding another copy of your data.

10. Client project data is separate

If you become a client, the data inside your product — your customers, your records, your documents — is a different matter entirely, and this page does not govern it. That is covered by your project agreement, which sets out the hosting region, who on our side may access production data, how that access is logged, the backup and retention rules, and what happens at handover.

Where residency is required, production data can stay in-country in AWS me-central-1 or Azure UAE North. Cross-border access by our Coimbatore engineers is documented and limited rather than assumed. We are not a law firm: for a regulated product we implement what your legal advisor determines.

11. Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • stop using it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave;
  • explain anything in this policy that is unclear.

Email hello@pulseouttech.com with what you want. There is no form to fill in and no charge. We aim to reply within a few working days and to complete the request within thirty days. If we cannot do something you have asked for, we will tell you why rather than go quiet.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction — the Data Protection Board of India, or the UAE Data Office for UAE residents.

12. Children

This is a business-to-business website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

When we change how the site handles data, we change this page and update the date at the top. Material changes — connecting the form to a submission service, adding analytics, self-hosting the fonts — will be reflected here before they go live, not afterwards.
